Advantages

1. Using 24pcs of sandpaper polishing wheels with 3000rpm running speed to meticulous polish zipper surface by forward and reverse direction.

2. Using speed-adjusting motor, the speed of this machine can be changed according to polishing outcome. Generally, the production capacity is 1200Y-1600Y/H.

3. There is special dust-collecting system which can collect the brass powder and dust in order to avoid the operator breathe in too much brass powder and dust.

4. The distance between the zipper and the polishing brush can be adjusted from the adjustable devices from outside of the machine and precision can reach 0.04mm.

5. It is suitable for removing traces and nicks on metal teeth. After polishing, the zipper surface has a bright, smooth and non marking effect, which has a certain influence on the thickness of the teeth.
