3.When the zipper is too tight or lacks tape, the machine will stop immediately and fix the end of the zipper or tape so that the next zipper or tape can be directly connected to avoid repeated threading.
4.A water absorption device can be installed as an option to absorb most of the moisture in the zipper tape before supplying it. which can reduce 50% of the electricity or steam energy for the ironing machine.
5.A constant tension control system is used to ensure that the tape supply speed is consistent with the ironing machine speed, and the zipper tape enters the ironing machine in a relaxed state.6.The double-wound belt automatic compensation system is adopted to ensure that the tension of the two tapes are consistent with the front side.
