1.This machine uses light round bar design principles. When sway utensil moves around and it can self-adjusted to change appropriate speed to make winding beautiful.
2.You can set up the order length quantity by counter and when the counter reach the quantity, the machine will be stopped automatically.
3.When machine starts, the speed is slow and when counter is reaching setting quantity, the motor speed will be getting slower and wel add additional break to stop machine in order to make precise length.
4.This machine is suitable for a normal long chain zipper and can also be replaced to do cardboard roll and paper tube winding.
5.You can use touch screen to set up the order length quantity and can check the production quantity. The machine will be stopped when it reach the request order quantity.
6.By adopting human-machine interface control, this machine can be operated easily. If the machine stops suddenly in operation, the reasons will be shown on the screen which is very useful for the operator to deal with the problems. Moreover, you can find out the information such as what the problem is, and when the problem happen.
