1.Using Taiwan made ultrasonic cutting system to cut zipper which can avoid the noise of pneumatic cutting system. The yarn of cutting edge will not easy come off after ultrasonic cutting and the tape color of cutting edge will not be changed after cutting.
2.This machine can adapt to different stvles of fancy pullers (Puller's width is not exceed 1.5cm, the length is not exceed 3cm).
3.This machine is using step motor and hook to control the zipper position which can guarantee the cutting length is 100% same per each pc of zipper. It will not happened unstable cutting length problem and you can control the cutting speed and cutting edge position by HMI screen setting.
4.By adopting human-machine interface control, this machine can be operated easily. If the machine stops suddenly in operation, the reasons will be shown on the screen which is very useful for the operator to deal with the problems. Moreover, you can find out the information such as what the problem was, and when the problem happened.
