1. Using new double polarizing gapping mold which can clean the half teeth of top stop side and make the polarizing precisely.

2. Using HMI touch control screen, if machine's sensor has any problem, the LCD screen will show you the problem's location.

3. You can choose double polarizing gapping and bottom stop function or you can choose only gapping or bottom stop, it has high operational flexibility.

4. Gapping and half teeth welding functions are controlled by individual step motor which can make machine's running speed tol achieve the highest performance.

5. It can produce minimum zipper length is 2cm,this machine will not limit the zipper length.

6. Using ultrasonic system to weld the half teeth of top stop and bottom stop and fix the half teeth in order to match the nvlon U welding top stop. After ultrasonic welding can fix the teeth and make slider mounting smooth and can make aluminum wire top stopl or U top stop have good looking after attached on the zipper and half teeth will not be sharp.
