1. The zipper evaporates the water in the first oven, and then enters the second oven for ironing and shaping, which effectively reduces the discoloration of the tape and ensures the color fastness and shrinkage rate of the zipper. Each zipper has an independent tension adjustment system, which can effectively adjust the expansion rate and shaping effect of each zipper. The cooling fan below can quickly cool the zipper before it comes out to achieve better shaping effect.

2. This machine can run two zippers at the same time. The length of each zipper running in the machine's oven is around 150 meters which length of the zipper in the oven is 5 times longer than ordinary ironing machine. This design can greatly improve the softness, flatness and productivity of the zipper.

3. The oven uses blinds to supply air, so that hot air blows to every corner of the oven. This design can ensure uniform temperature in every position in the oven, and circulates heat through the fan which can save 20%-30% of electricity.

4. An optional oil fume treatment system can be purchased to enable the oil, water and gas produced by the ironing to meet environmental protection standards after separation and treatment.
