2.The tape supply system of this machine can provide precise tape supply according to the tape winding speed, and control the tape tightness.It can also set modes such as constant tension,inner looseness and outer tightness.It is very helpful in improving problems such as color difference between the inside and outside of the zipper, bursting of the zipper, insufficient shrinkage, and indentation during dyeing.
3.The arrangement system of this machine adopts a servo-controlled arrangement system. According to different models and varieties of zippers or tapes, after selecting the arrangement parameters, it can control the indentation and reduce the explosion of the tape.
4.The tape winding system of this machine adopts servo control. In addition to accurate speed, the rotation speed during tape winding will automatically accelerate or decelerate according to the diameter change of the reel head, ensuring that the tape supply speed is basically consistent.
5.The electronic control system of this machine adopts touch screen and PLC control, which facilitates parameter setting and selection. Issue precise instructions to the tape supply system, arrangement system, tape winding system, and loading and unloading system.
