1.The advantage of this machine is that special long puller or fancy puller sliders are fed from the side of the slider mold into the slider mounting mold through the side feeding system. The tolerance for the puller of the slider is greater, and the unique slider mounting mold design can be adjusted to accept sliders with a wider tolerance range than traditional slider mounting molds.
2.This machine adopts human-machine interface (HMl) control and is easy to operate. When the machine is running automatically, if it stops for any reason, the fault screen will be displayed on the screen to facilitate troubleshooting. And you can check the fault problem, occurrence time and troubleshooting time in the fault history.
3.This machine can be set through the HMI touch control screen to have the functions of close end, no bottom stop, top stop side closed and double sides closed zipper. For open end zippers with short gapping space, you can also select special functions to mount the slider into the zippers with short gapping space open end zipper.
